1. Buyers may return goods within 7 days (evaluation period) of receipt of product, after which the buyer will be deemed to have accepted such items.
2. In case of damage, marring to products received not caused by buyer and due to shipping, contact Modify’s customer service by providingclear, high-resolution photos for assessment of such damage or defect to enableprompt replacement.
3. Only defective products may be returned. Please email and provide clear, high-resolution photos,name, phone number and email address.
4. Buyers who return products deemed as functioning improperly but are later tested by Modify to be operating correctly are liable for costs related to testing, shipping etc.
5. Modify does not accept return or goods that are damaged, marred,soiled due to improper operation, disassembly by user, with torn packaging and without uniform receipt and attached accessories.
6. If buyers purposely want not to receive the package, they must afford the sending freight and customs tax. We deduct the freight and tax before refunding.
